This Dementia Caregiver Educational Workshop & Town Hall Meeting is sponsored by the Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program at the University of Utah, the Utah Alzheimer's Association, and the Utah Department of Health.
This conference is specifically designed for the education of family caregivers supporting loved ones in all stages of dementia.
The conference educational topics include: 1) Caring for the Caregiver, 3) Conversations about End-of-Life Care, and 3) Available Community Resources. The town hall will provide caregivers the opportunity to voice policy concerns to local community partners and legislators.
